At Integrative Counselling & Wellbeing, we provide compassionate, evidence-based psychological counselling and relationship support for children (8+), adolescents, adults, older adults, and couples. 

Support is available for a range of concerns, including trauma, anxiety, depression, relationships, grief, burnout, body image concerns, eating difficulties, and life transitions.

Our therapy is trauma-informed and strengths-based, drawing on a range of established therapeutic approaches to support your unique experiences, needs, and goals. 

Located at 33 Creek Street South, Bendigo, our practice provides a private, calm counselling environment designed to support psychological safety, wellbeing, and individual sensory needs. We also offer secure Telehealth and telephone appointments for those who prefer flexible access to support.
