We are a psychological counselling service dedicated to helping individuals improve their mental health and wellbeing through compassionate, evidence-based mental health care. 

Counselling is provided privately and under Medicare with a Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) from a GP, as well as through the NDIS (for self-managed and plan-managed participants) and Employee Assistance Programs (EAP). Clinical supervision is also offered to a range of healthcare and management professionals.

Sessions are currently offered via Telehealth (phone or video), providing secure, flexible, and confidential support wherever it’s needed. Home visits and hospital visits can be arranged in special circumstances within the Loddon Campaspe region and on-site counselling is available at residential facilities.Face-to-face sessions will also be available once our new office space in Bendigo is ready.
